As you commented, you have purchased two gateways.The gateway you mentioned can connect to your WiFi router works fine. The problem you reported is that the gateway will offline after a few days . I replied to you this is wireless gateway and may is too far from your WiFi router , or the signal of your WiFi router is not very good. I hope you can record a video to show me the usage place. You didn't provide that,Then I also ask you to try to replace with another gateway you purchased and check if the same situation. If it can be used normally, then we will solve the problem gateway wth you .
